Dave Thompson has spent nearly his entire career working with talented professionals.

He has worked in retained executive search, consulting/interim search and talent acquisition as both employee and independent contractor, on-site and remote during his career.  Great retained firms like Battalia Winston in New York and the Korn Ferry division known as Futurestep in San Francisco were his professional homes, along with 14 years at M Squared Consulting in San Francisco, where he was a President’s Club winner and Recruiter of the Year several times.  Dave has successfully worked with individual clients as well, placing professionals in CFO, COO and VP Finance roles.

His experience also includes a year with Right Management in Cupertino, providing career coaching to senior professionals in their career searches.

Dave lives in the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley region of southern California.  He holds a Bachelor of Music (Voice) degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a JD from The University of Tennessee College of Law, Knoxville.
